Break out of your rut with ease!
Sometimes we get stuck in a rut. Being in a rut is so hard, sometimes it just seems like too much energy is needed to change.
But; there is hope. Change doesn’t have to drain you or take endless work. It can be easeful and peaceful! The energy of springtime is the perfect time to emerge with new growth! By learning to align with the energy of spring you can put this power to use. It’s like you become a channel for that energy to flow in the same way an extension cord carries electricity.
You already have the power within you to break out of a rut; it’s just a matter of learning how to direct both your energy and the energy of the natural world. Once you learn how this natural energy functions in nature you can learn a simple practice that will help you embody this change.

Changing how you look at the world can change the way you think. And when your thinking becomes more flexible, you’ll discover that your actions can become more resilient, too!
Of course, eye exercises also relieve eyestrain (online endlessly these days, anyone?! lol), if done regularly can help improve or maintain vision, and help stimulate lymph drainage. Take your glasses off for the eye exercises. Take it easy if you have a headache; no stress, no strain.
