Classes

Working on an individual basis to start, each class follows the same outline with routines coordinated with the individuals level of development. Students will participate in five essential yoga practices: music, breathing practices, cleansing practices, body postures, and deep relaxation. These practices are designed to strengthen and stretch the entire musculoskeletal system, balance the nervous system, increase breathing efficiency, improve body awareness, improve communication skills, increase each student’s ability to self regulate, and of course provide a relaxing and engaging experience!

How it works

New students attend a “meet and greet” session where they can meet me, explore the space, and experience elements of the yoga class. After the “meet and greet”, I will discuss the appropriate class length for the student and we’ll set a game plan for future session dates.

Class Length: class length varies between 30 minutes to 60 minutes. I meet each student where they are and choose the class length where they will have fun, be successful, and develop their yoga competence.

Cost: Classes are sold in blocks with 8 classes total.

30 minutes: $40.00 x 8=$320.00

45 minutes: $60.00 x 8=$480.00

60 minutes: $80.00 x 8= $640.00
