Natural Immunity Boost

1. Keep your body warm-even though the air is warming the ground is still cold! Wear warm socks and keep exposed skin covered lightly. This minimizes the effort your body needs to stay warm and leaves more energy for immunity!

2. Keep eating nourishing whole foods like root veggies and warming soups; this makes makes digestion easy. Help the transition to spring by gradually fresh greens like spinach for an extra burst of chlorophyll.

3. Gradually increase activity & exercise. You may be tempted to go "all out"...but thhink of the way a plant grows; slow and steady wins the immunity race!
