Nature therapy-relax with springtime at Three Dog Farm

Here at Three Dog Farm we love welcoming our yoga students to walk the gardens and woods before or after classes; most people say they feel like they've had a mini-retreat!

The pandemic has made visits more complicated; so I thought I'd bring the garden to you. It was a magical evening; it was just prior to sunset, the veggie garden is bursting with life, and a symphony of bird calls and gray tree frogs blew me away!

Take a few breaths and know that I'm sending you lots of peace!

Taking time to delight in the natural world affirms our being-ness in the order of all things; the natural harmony our bodies and minds experience leads naturally to wellness and creativity.
