Use the Winter Solstice to Boost Your Energy!
The Winter Solstice is a powerful time of year for our planet. If you could zoom out and see earth from space, you'd see that here in the northern hemisphere our side of the earth is tipped away from the sun. This results in our shortest day and longest night.
Gradually, after the winter solstice, earth starts to tip in the opposite direction. As we tilt gradually towards the sun we experience our days getting gradually longer.
We can use this universal dance of earth and sun to our advantage. By tuning our body patterns to the longer days of deep winter we will prime ourselves with healing rest. This healing rest can help us boost our energy all winter and prepare us for the abundant and more robust energy of spring.
Boosting your energy simply requires rest.
