Let go to feel freedom!

Letting go isn't easy...like...wave a magic wand easy. Amiright?!

In a weird way it actually takes practice!

This is where yoga can help us practice the skill of letting go!

Take a deep breath; exhale and release stress and tension.


Relax with a piece of quiet music: let your awareness scan your body from head to to toe as you send a mental message to each area to release.


Do a guided meditation: watch your thoughts come and go. This, too, is letting go.


The practice of letting go has helped my internal energy, thought patterns, and focus to be more responsive and resilient in the face of difficulties.


Rather than try to "think" my way to a better life; I relax and allow myself to flow with life as it is.
So next time you feel like you "should" let go, or someone hints that you need to let go but you feel a knee-jerk reaction of frustration or anger, know that you're not alone.

Then; maybe get yourself into a yoga practice that serves you, try a guided meditation, or take a quiet walk in nature.


The more we practice the art of letting go, the more we can use our energy to serve where it's useful.
