How meditation helps families grow together
Our South Shore Conservatory yoga families feeling the love after our practice!
These ladies just attended their second workshop in Mantra Japa-meditation using a mantra. These mothers and daughters are learning a meditation routine that includes: chanting, breathing, repetition of a peace mantra, and a closing prayer for peace. I am so proud of their dedication!
Yoga for the Special Child has opened my heart and taught me a systematic set of practices for keeping my peace, and I love sharing these practices and watching our local yoga family grow!
