Miss Molly is one of my treasured Yoga for the Special Child® students. Her wonderful mom captured this moment during her last class. The best way I know to cope with the unrelenting pressure of our modern life is to love myself, love my family, love my friends, love my community. By simply connecting with each person in front of us, we create positive energy. This positive energy radiates and has the power to lift us up to greater levels of awareness and compassion.
